Castrol GTX 5W-30 C3 is suitable for use in automotive gasoline and diesel engines where the manufacturer recommends an ACEA C3 5W-30 lubricant including those fitted with a diesel particulate filter.
 
Castrol GTX 5W-30 C3 is approved for use in VW Group vehicles including those on variable interval servicing that require a VW 504 00/ 507 00 specification 5W-30 lubricant.
